    I love Spark fun products but why buy this version instead of the one on the carbide3d site (beyond the $100 price difference)?

    I just order one of these kits and it did include the brass sponge as described on the TOL-10707 page. The kit also included a TOL-09507 soldering iron for some reason (this is in addition to the TOL-10707). Everything works great.
