In theory, yeah, but in practice, I don’t see anything in the documentation that even hints at Euler angle output. Someone posted a github link about with code that works with the 6050, but it probably needs some tweaking to work with this new chip.
Yeah…..no way I’m spending another $50 on a IMU I have to go traipsing around the internet to find code to make it work. Sparkfun shouldn’t lead off with the feature “Digital-output 9-axis MotionFusion data in rotation matrix, quaternion, Euler Angle, or raw data format” when none of the given documentation even mentions it.
Having been disappointed by the lack of DMP usefulness on the ArduIMU, could someone point out where in the Invensense documentation quaternion or Euler angle output is even mentioned? I sure can’t find it.
