  • Here is a Discounted One-Day Ticket code for Maker Faire Bay Area this weekend (May 17 & 18, 2014). The code can be used to purchase adult one-day tickets only; which regular price is $32.50, but with this code it will be $25 per one-day ticket.

    Code: D28874825

To redeem the code use this link:

  • We’ll be there with our project #28874

  • It’s too bad that we just found out about this event. It seems to be a lot of fun.

We created an all-terrain robot that can receive coordinates, recognize, track, and follow a specified color object as well as have the ability to avoid obstacles in its way. You can see a short video here:

    Well, I guess next year.

  • Will the price be updated automatically if I add them into my shopping car now and place the order later after 12:00:01 a.m MT?

  • The IOIO board is an awesome product. I’m glad SparkFun is now promoting it as a kit. We used one to create a robot that can recognize, track, and follow a specified color object as well as have the ability to avoid obstacles in its way. Here is the preliminary result:

  • This is pretty easy to implement with the IOIO board, Android, OpenCV, and a couple of Hitec 422 servos, as shown here:

  • This is way easier to implement (code) with the IOIO board.

  • Does the HTU21D also need to be shielded from direct light exposure like the HIH-4030 for better accuracy?

No public wish lists :(
