  • Another way around this issue I found was to

    Remove C6

Remove D5 and replaced it with a short.

When I need to program I just hold down DTR to ground and power cycle the thing, Program the thing and remove DTR from ground. Easy. Never had an issue since. I have a funny feeling something funny is happening with the DTR and reset on programming…..

  • Just a follow up on this, To fix my problem.

  • Hi, Got it working with example sketches very easy. However I am trying to get a I2C alphanumeric display working with example sketch with no avail…… (https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit-LED-Backpack-Library/blob/master/examples/quadalphanum/quadalphanum.ino)

Is there some special I2C setup I may be missing that should be included in the above example? Any help much appreciated.

  • Could anyone please point me in the direction of a good tutorial using this board and a Modbus library. I have been trying to go through the examples from http://code.google.com/p/simple-modbus/ and http://playground.arduino.cc/Code/ModbusMaster but with no luck. I am trying to retrieve information from a modbus slave being a Schneider PM5110 Power meter.
