  • I did the same thing! as soon as I got out of school I jumped on Sparkfun and only had to spend a couple minutes on here

  • WHAT?! JUNE?! Now I don't get to miss school! Oh well, the bright side is I will actually get my homework done this year instead of using the excuse "I was too busy programming my robot"

  • I second that. My parents only let me travel to Sparkfun once a year (for the AVC) cuz Pittsburgh is a long way away from Boulder.

  • I really like the electrical tape, not only because its vital to all of my projects, but mostly because in the picture the red roll of tape says "winner"

  • Hey me too! Any of you other young Sparkfuners competing in the AVC?

  • My school replaced about half the chalk boards in the district with something very similar to these. They are really nice for writing on the board because tachers can save the notes they wrote from the previous day for each class and pull them up the next day. Pretty awesome stuff!

  • I managed to get $20 out of free day. Thanks sparkfun. The funny thing is I got it during history class. My school district gives the studen ts laptops which is really convienient for stuff like this

  • any idea when these will be back in stock? I really need one soon for a science competition experiment.

  • This thing is crazy awsome! I hacked a small old flash light to fit one of these bad boys and a 9 volt battery. I ran the LED directly off of the 9 volt except for a switch of course. My new flashlight is absolutely amazing for camping. I really couldn't believe how bright it was.
But watch out, one of these things will give you light spots for an hour! I accidentaly blasted my self in the eyes with one and it felt like i got punched in the face it was so bright.

  • I'm sure that having sparkfun as my home page helped, as much as I use my laptop! and i'm sure i'm not the only one with Sparkfun as their home page
