You’re misidentified SOT23-6 part which is marked as 8205. This is dual N-Ch MOSFET like this one: http://www.stansontech.com/download/Trench%20MosFet/STN8205D_v1.pdf Lots of manufacturers making them, ranging from 3 to 6A continuous drain capacity. S8205 you’re referring to has 16 leads…

Got it, same as ITG-320x
I’m having a trouble finding this part in your Eagle library despite it is marked as available in library. Could you please point where it could be found?

The thing that is absolutelly is out of my understanding in the new Arduino is the bootloader. With 8K of flash on the USB chip they could include normal software ISP programmer and eliminate bootloader at all to give the users whole flash for the sketches and control over fuses. Why they didn’t do that?

Try to test as this one too:
Your thougts gave me idea.
As on images above 3 areas repeated four times (as for my untrained eye). When looking on this list (QFP keyword search results), it should be “Quad something”.
This join gives us only 6 part numbers, and only 2 of them has no NCs, they shares same datasheet:
No public wish lists :(
