  • Has anyone been able to do an over-the-air-update (OTAU) of the firmware by using the Melody Smart app? I've tried with an iPhone and an Android phone without luck. I'm able to find the unit, with the app, but when I tap to connect, the following happens in this order: 1) The app says "Connecting to <BLE unit>" 2) Immediately, Android gives a notification that says "Disconnected from Device" 3) The app says "Connected, discovering services..." and gets hung up on this prompt every time. The services are never presented.
