  • I’m noticed exactly the same thing on my board when powered through the FTDI VCC Pin. Actually, to be able to talk with the board, I had to provide it with power via USB. This morning I thought on the same solution, using a FTDI Cable supplying 5v… Glad to know that the board get powered with the cable. Yet, 3.3v should be enough… even using a FTDI Breakout Board.

  • Could this be used to replace a comtactmic preamp circuitry that I made in order to amplify an analog signal coming from a piezo? Also, I would like to connect the amp signal to bluetooth and have a wireless connection with a recording device… The idea is to mount it to a musical instrument and not worry about cables. What do you guys think?
