  • It appears the submit.php script is displaying in your browser. The most likely cause of this is that your server does not have php scripting installed and/or enabled. You must have php installed and configured so as to allow running php scripts from the user public_html folder. Follow instructions here: . Also be sure to modify /etc/apache2/mods-available/php7.0.conf to allow user directories by commenting the lines at bottom of file.
