I have to tell you something…
This blows.

Awesome! :D

This relay is rated for 5A. So 600W on a 4Ohm element is: I=√(600/4)=12,24A U=√(600*4)=48,98V
So this relay is to small, I think this relay is better fit for the job.

According to the datasheet, the relay can handle 20A on 28VDC. But I don’t know about the traces on the PCB.

Thanks for the reply. What about changing the voltage regulator on the Fio board to a more powerful one? I think that would fix the problem. But it would probably need a heat sink, wouldn’t it? and than the board isn’t that compact anymore…

Hey
Is it possible that you will stock small hydraulic pumps in the future? And some pneumatic / hydraulic actuators and motors?

I connected my TEC to a watercooling and got the temperature down to -36,9 *C (-34,42 fahrenheit), the element of the watercooling was about 19 Celsius.

Hi
Is it possible to use XBee Pro for Wireless Bootloading to Arduino Fio?
