This jeep originally came with an AM only radio and a Mono speaker. 36 years later it needs a major overhall! this is my first big project, so I will be slow at getting it done but that's half the fun. This project will consists of a new radio and an amplifier. The radio will connect to two car speakers and function as an AM/FM radio, provide a Bluetooth connection for phones, and an Aux input for Ipods. This will be done in multiple steps starting with the construction of a basic AM/FM radio that fits into the exisiting housing. The incorporation of the Bluetooth unit, and finally the Aux. I don't know yet when I'll need to build the amplifier, but that will happen probably after I get the AM/FM radio working with small speakers and want to make sure it works with the car speakers.
I would love suggestions/thoughts/advice/websites with information/etc.
