The following list is for my Incubator 99.5 project. It is a system built to monitor a chicken egg incubator to ensure the best atmosphere for hatching. The system is comprised of an array of temperature and humidity sensors as well as an accelerometer. This information will be fed to an Arduino with Ethernet capability so that students may learn best practices in caring for eggs. Just found this product http://www.jamesway.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=45&Itemid=5 Want to replicate it with the Infrared Thermometer - MLX90614 and an easter egg.
