Sparkfun support was kind enough to check and confirm that these parts fit together:

Yep, the IDC Ribbon cable mates with the shrouded header
I took a servo cable and some two-pin jumpers out of stock, and they do indeed all fit into the shrouded header the way you showed in your Google doc(http://goo.gl/yXn4Xb).
