Open House Reminder

Don't forget about the upcoming SparkFun Open House!

Favorited Favorite 0

Back in July, we announced that on October 22nd, 2011 from 11 AM to 4 PM, SparkFun is going to be hosting an Open House for all of our customers, friends, families, neighbors, acquaintances, and enemies (that's how open this "Open House" is). This post is to serve as a reminder to everyone to come to the Open House! It is going to be a blast! We have created an Eventbrite page and we ask that you please register so we can get an accurate headcount in order to plan the festivities accordingly. And speaking of festivities...

What is going to be at the SparkFun Open House? A lot of cool stuff! First off, we are going to have free food and beverages (of the non-alcoholic variety) for anyone who attends. As you probably expected, we will be hosting tours for anyone who is interested in checking out SparkFun HQ. We'll also have a few workshops going. In addition, we are holding a project showcase for anyone who is interested in bringing one of their projects to the Open House. All we ask is that you register on Eventbrite for a "Project Showcase" ticket. We'll have tons of prizes, giveaways, and swag. And, best of all, it's all free!

We are also going to have a bunch of great entertainment options! First off, we are going to have the largest inflatable obstacle course in Colorado - the full-course Medieval Mayhem! We are also going to have full-sized human hamster ball drag races, a large bouncy castle, and Sven Jorgensen, professional circus artist.

We hope to see everyone out there! Again, please register at our Eventbrite page if you plan on attending either as a spectator or as an exhibitor.

Of all the things I want to do right now, this has to be on the top. I should make the serious request that you continue to do this over the years and maybe after I get out of college =D
