  • According to their website, Invensense will sill single qty samples. CDI also has this part in stock http://www.cdiweb.com/ProductDetail/MPU9150-InvenSense-Inc/73953/

  • Well that is one quarter of the quoted 'ideal' range of 120M and you are adding significant attenuation due to the shielded enclosure. I doubt it would work.

  • IP54 means it can handle the occasional splash of water but no promises. http://www.engineeringtoolbox.com/ip-ingress-protection-d_452.html

You could probably add a DIY gasket kit from an auto parts store and the protection should be greatly increased.

  • I read the data sheet as it being 15A taper as well. The last "A" in the product number indicates 15A taper. "B" would be the 1B taper

  • Haven't played with mine yet but I believe you connect pin 1 to your analog input pin and then connect 10,11,13,14 (S0-S3 in the data sheet) to digital outs, and then use them to select which of the 16 input pins is passed to your mcu. Use page 2 of the data sheet to see how to select pins.

At the very bottom it has audio files that tell you how to pronounce it!
