The Digi XBee 3 global cellular module is a compact, programmable, reliable solution with BLE and end-device carrier certifications for developing secure wireless devices with worldwide connectivity and global positioning. A combination of the XBee ecosystem and cellular functionality makes for a simple system for working with data over a cellular connection.

The Global LTE CAT 1 modules are ideal for moderate bandwidth and IoT-type applications (less than 25mb a month). It also features 3G fallback allowing for better coverage, especially in mobile applications. It does not come with a SIM card or data plan, but we have options available. This complete solution includes MicroPython programming resources, a tool suite, and a 12-month subscription to Digi Remote Manager® with each module for remote software updates and monitoring. Digi XBee Studio is a tool that expedites development, production, and deployment. XBee data plans are also available for any cellular connectivity requirements.
