The Displayduino microcontroller is the main controller for any MondoMatrix modular system. Displayduino controllers can also be used on their own to control up to 32 inputs or outputs. It works exactly like Arduino and uses the Arduino Programming Language. The difference between Arduino and Displayduino controllers is that you can plug-in MondoMatrix expansion boards into a Displayduino and grow your projects to thousands of lights, motors, sounds or any other output device.

Customer Comments

  • Will sparkfun be selling these again now that Mondomatrix has started producing them again?

  • displayduinos are unobtanium it seems … nobody has any in stock, and they haven’t for some time.
Does anyone know when we might see some here?

  • Anyone know where I could get the connectors used in the video? Does the device come with them?

  • A version of this with 3 pin headers (Signal, Power, Ground) would be ideal for a robot controller, and you could still add any MondoMatrix expansion boards. I’m going to have to get one of these DisplayDuinos, a LedMatrix, and a ServoMatrix to play with. Hmmmmm, major robot control and world domination at our fingertips! :D
