Arduino Bicycle Computer

Build an Arduino-powered Bicycle Computer with these parts. We'll also include a temperature sensor because it's only $1 more.

If you already have one or more of these, please take them out of the cart before you go to checkout! Especially the magnet: you can probably dig up a strong enough magnet in your house.

Other things you need:

  • An Arduino: I recommend an UNO, or a RedBoard from SparkFun
  • Some wire: a salvaged phone or network cable will work great
  • A box to put it in: I got a pretty good travel soap dish from Target for $1
  • A 9-volt battery
  • Two 10 kΩ resistors
  • Some electrical tape
  • A Bicycle!
