Parts may need to have a copper pad soldered onto them to make contact with play-dough easier. Although copper tape is EVEN easier because you don't have to clean the copper pads afterwards. Just attach copper tape to the ends of all leads and throw them away at the end of the workshop. Otherwise you will need to be careful of oxidization, we find the LEDs fall apart after a couple sessions without the tape.
