Megabutton Wii / TV Controller for the impared

My brother-in-law has cerebral palsy and has trouble grasping anything. He has told me that he would love a Wii / TV Remote that he could easily use. This wish list of parts I would need to build the box.

I will also use: * Wii remote * universal TV remote

The basic idea is to disassemble the two remotes and extend the buttons out to the arcade buttons that will then be mounted in a larger box that is easier for physically challenged individuals to use.
