These SSDs feature flash bad-block management, S.M.A.R.T., power failure management, and TRIM. The gen3 NAS SSDs include the M.2 2280-S2-M form factor and 75-pin M.2 module pinout connector type. These SSDs operate at 0°C to 70°C temperature range and 3.3V ± 5% supply voltage. The PCIe NAS SSDs function at 3680mW active mode power consumption and 70mW idle mode power consumption.
