ON Semiconductor LC06511F Battery Protection ICs are protection ICs for single-cell lithium-ion or lithium-polymer batteries. These ICs provide highly accurate over-charge, over-discharge, and over-current protection. The LC06511F ICs detect the current by high precision external chip resistor that realizes the accurate current detection over temperature. Typical applications include smartphones, tablets, and wearable devices.
