Keysight Technologies InfiniiVision Differential Active Probes feature superior signal access and measurement accuracy. These probes come with a high voltage and high common-mode rejection ratio. They measure up to 1400V CAT II and 7kV mains isolation. Keysight Technologies InfiniiVision Differential Active Probes function in the 25MHz to 800MHz bandwidth range.
The N2891A probes make safe and accurate floating measurements with conventional earth grounded oscilloscopes. These probes offer user-selectable attenuation settings that make them highly versatile, allowing them to be used for a broad range of applications.
