Upgrade your interface with the Infrared Proximity Contactless Button. Ideally suited for public spaces, medical environments, or any setting where hygiene is a priority, this sensor replaces standard mechanical push buttons with a clean, touch-free solution. Just wave your hand near the sensor to trigger the switch. No physical contact required!
Smart & Responsive
Unlike basic sensors that can flicker due to ambient light interference, this button features a built-in microcontroller that filters out noise, ensuring reliable operation every time. It also provides clear visual feedback via a Red/Blue LED ring that illuminates to indicate the device is powered and changes color instantly when a "touch" is registered.
Fully Adjustable
Every installation is different, so we've made this sensor adaptable via two potentiometers located on the back of the device:
- Read Range (3-15cm): Adjust how close a hand needs to be to trigger the switch. This is critical for preventing accidental triggers from passersby while ensuring intentional waves are caught.
- Open Time (0.5s - 20s): Control how long the relay remains active after triggering—ideal for magnetic door locks that need to stay open for a few seconds or for timed signal pulses.
Industrial Build
The electronics are encased in a durable, Fire and IR-resistant housing designed to mount easily through standard panels and surfaces. We have also updated the power input to a wide 12-24VDC operating range, making it compatible with most standard security and industrial power systems.
