This is a P-channel metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) designed for high-efficiency power management. With a drain-source voltage of 30V and a continuous current rating of 3.8A, it features very low on-resistance and a low gate threshold voltage. This makes it "logic level" compatible, allowing direct control via 3V-5V microcontrollers (like Arduino or ESP32) or mechanical switches to drive high-power loads with minimal control power.
