ON Semiconductor NTNS2K1P021Z Small Signal MOSFETs are designed for extremely space-constrained applications with low-profile XDFN3 ultra-small package. These MOSFETs feature 1.5V gate drive voltage (-1.5V for p-channel), ±8V gate-to-source voltage (VGS), and 20V drain-to-source voltage (VDSS). The NTNS2K1P021Z small signal MOSFETs are Pb-free, Halogen-free/BFR free, and RoHS compliant. These devices are ideally suited for space-constraint designs like small signal load switches, high-speed interfaces, level shifting, smartphones, tablets, and other wireless and portable end products.
