These MOSFETs feature 1.5V gate drive voltage (-1.5V for p-channel), ±8V gate-to-source voltage (VGS), and 20V drain-to-source voltage (VDSS). The NTNS2K1P021Z small signal MOSFETs are Pb-free, Halogen-free/BFR free, and RoHS compliant.
