ON Semiconductor NTP5D0N15MC Shielded Gate PowerTrench® MOSFET is an N-channel MOSFET that offers optimized switching performance. This MOSFET features a low reverse recovery charge (Qrr) and soft body-diode for superior low noise switching. The NTP5D0N15MC MOSFET provides high-efficiency with lower switching spike and Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI). This MOSFET improves the switching Figure-of-Merit (FOM). Typical applications include synchronous rectification for ATX/server/telecom PSU, motor drives, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and micro solar inverter.
