Octavo Systems OSD32MP1-BRK Prototyping Platform is a development tool for the OSD32MP15x SiP (System in Package), which is based on the STMicroelectronics STM32MP1 Microprocessor. The OSD32MP15x SiP integrates the STM32MP15x Dual-Core Arm® Cortex® A7 and an Arm Cortex-M4, plus power management, EEPROM, a MEMS oscillator, and passives into a single BGA package. The OSD32MP1-BRK Prototyping Platform allows developers to quickly build a proof of concept that more closely resembles their actual system without the need to build their own custom hardware.
The OSD32MP1-BRK features a pre-mounted OSD32MP15x SiP in a BGA-302 package, a microSD slot, 32KHz crystal, a micro USB client port, and two 2x30 100mill headers. The headers give access to 106 I/O on the STM32MP1 integrated into the OSD32MP15x SiP.
NOTE: The included headers do NOT come soldered to the board.
