ON Semiconductor NVHL050N65S3HF SUPERFET® III FRFET MOSFET is a high voltage Super-Junction (SJ) MOSFET that utilizes the charge balance technology. This technology provides low on-resistance, lower gate charge performance, superior switching performance, minimize conduction loss, and withstands extreme dv/dt rate. The NVHL050N65S3HF MOSFET comes with the optimized reverse recovery performance of the body diode that can remove the additional components and improve the system reliability. Typical applications include automotive onboard chargers for Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV)-EV and automotive DC/DC converters for HEV-EV.
