Renesas Electronics RA6M4 Evaluation Kit is designed to evaluate RA6M4 32-bit ARM® microcontroller including on-chip debugger. This RA6M4 32-bit ARM® microcontrollers are built on a high efficient 40nm process.

Includes:

  • EK-RA6M4 board
  • Micro USB device cable (type-A male to micro-B male)
  • Micro USB host cable (type-A male to micro-B male)
  • Ethernet patch cable

Features & Specs

  • 200MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with Trustzone
  • 8kB data flash to store data as in EEPROM
  • 1kB stand-by SRAM
  • Scalable from 64-pin to 144-pin packages
  • Capacitive touch sensing unit
  • 512kB to 1MB flash memory and 192kB SRAM with parity and 64kB SRAM with ECC
  • Integrated security crypto module with several Cryptography accelerator includes:
  • Accelerators
  • Key management support
  • Tamper detection
  • Power analysis resistance
  • Large 256kB embedded SRAM with parity / ECC and also 1kB standby RAM for low power apps and strong safety
  • Dual-bank-flash with background operation
  • Ethernet controller with Direct Memory Access (DMA)
  • USB2.0 full speed
  • CAN 2.0B
  • QuadSPI and OctaSPI
  • Serial Communications Interface (SCI) (UART, Simple Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), and simple I2C)
