SiFive HiFive Unmatched Linux Development Platform features the Freedom U740 Linux-capable, multi-core, RISC‑V processor. The Freedom U740 SoC is a fast RISC-V processor with a mix+match core complex with modern PC expansion capabilities. The board measures 170mm x 170mm in a Mini-ITX form factor.
