Product Overview

Keysight Technologies Single-Ended Active Test Probes are 1GHz to 2GHz probes with AutoProbe interface (compatible with Keysight's InfiniiVision and Infiniium family of oscilloscopes). These cost-effective probes integrate many of the characteristics needed for general-purpose, high-speed probing–especially in digital system design, component design/characterization, and educational research applications. Its 1MΩ input resistance and extremely low input capacitance (1pF) provide ultra-low loading of the DUT. This, accompanied by superior signal fidelity, makes these probes useful for digital logic voltages.

Testing devices over extreme temperature ranges are quite common. The N2797A 1.5GHz single-ended active probe is a low-cost high input impedance active probe with rugged probe tips for environmental chamber testing of ICs and devices. It gives the ability to probe signals at drastic temperature swings ranging from -40°C to +85°C. The probe also provides a 2m long cable.

The N2795A / 96A / 97A devices are equipped with a white LED headlight to illuminate the circuit under test. The probes are powered directly by the InfiniiVision and Infiniium Autoprobe interface, eliminating the need for an additional power supply.
