The SparkFun Male DE9 Breakout is a simple breakout board featuring a male DE9 (commonly referred to as DB9) connector. The board comes with the male DE9 connector and routes all nine of the connector's pins, along with two extra ground connections to a 0.1in.-spaced plated through-hole header.
The board measures 1.25in. x 0.9in. (31.75mm x 22.86mm) and includes two mounting holes that fit a 4-40 screw.
