SparkFun Now Sole Teensy Manufacturer and Sales Channel Partner of PJRC
Expanding on their long-time partnership, SparkFun brings the manufacturing of PJRC’s product in-house and becomes the sole sales channel of the Teensy® line.

Today, SparkFun Electronics, a leader in open-source electronics, and PJRC, the designer of the popular Teensy® line of microcontrollers, announce that SparkFun is now the sole manufacturer and sales channel partner of Teensy products. Teensy has garnered a dedicated user base due to its small footprint and USB-based microcontroller development system.This partnership signals the long-term commitment to supply and production scalability, while allowing PJRC to focus on product innovation.

The overlap of SparkFun and PJRC’s community makes this partnership a natural fit, as engineers and developers can now explore both companies’ ecosystems in one place, while each company can leverage its relative strengths to better serve those customers. Technical support and engagement will continue to be provided through the PJRC forum.
