Swissbit F-800 Series CFast™ Memory Cards feature high-quality SLC-NAND flash memory chips and excellent controller firmware. The Swissbit F-800 Series offers maximum performance, durability, and reliability as memory for embedded systems and industrial applications. This includes high-temperature tolerance and protection against data loss in case of power failure.

The F-800 Series CFast Cards deliver a CFast-sized solid-state drive (36.4mm x 42.8mm x 3.6mm) with SATA Gen3, 6 Gbit/s interface. The F-800 series is available in various capacities from 2GB to 64GB and is characterized by low power consumption and low heat generation. Reliable data retention is ensured via sophisticated firmware functions, designed for active and passive data maintenance and the protection against data loss in the event of power failure. Long maintenance cycles can be easily scheduled through the provision of detailed lifetime information.

The F-800 Memory Cards are specified for an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. For use in less harsh environments, Swissbit F-800 is available in a version that specifies an operating temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The interface complies with SATA III 6Gb/s and is backward compatible with SATA II and SATA I.
