Buy them here.

Radio Shack never has these in stock, amazon is insanely expensive, and in all honesty I had a hard time finding them anywhere else. Run the dead-on RTC well when powered off. Have lost less than 5 seconds in almost a month now. Good power is the first key to this.

Dead on arrival.

I just ordered 6 of these, and the first one I tried is dead on arrival.

I’m sorry. We’ll be happy to help you out, please contact us and we’ll get you taken care of. https://www.sparkfun.com/technical_assistance
